Fans are pumped following Blue Tuesday this week on Monument Circle, especially after Colts owner Jim Irsay made a special announcement about a new contest where fans will have a treasure hunt to win a Colts Super Bowl ring. Sunday’s kickoff is set for 4:15 p.m.
