Brock doubtful vs. Ravens

Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Raheem BrockAs if the Indianapolis Colts’ defensive line needed another injured lineman, it appears that they be without one for this Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.  In this case, that would be defensive tackle Raheem Brock.  Hearing it from head coach Tony Dungy, he hasn’t quite ruled him out, but at the same time hasn’t said that he was “a go”.

Dungy told Phil Richards of the Indianapolis Star, “Very, very doubtful.  He’s got a rib cartilage-type injury, very painful.”  Dungy usually errs on the side of caution on injuries of this nature, so I don’t expect Brock to play this weekend.  The only option at defensive tackle it appears would be rookie DT Quinn Pitcock of Ohio State, assuming Brock doesn’t play Sunday.
