Wide receiver Marvin Harrison is expected to start in Sunday’s AFC Divisional playoff game against the San Diego Chargers.  Harrison, who has been out since October 22nd with a knee injury, practiced both Wednesday and Thursday.  The eight-time Pro Bowler had 20 catches for 247 yards and one touchdown in six games this season.  Prior to this season, Harrison had accumulated at least 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns receiving in every season since 1999.
