Colts and DE Josh Thomas Come to Terms on a One-Year Deal
Posted by Matt Loede on March 18th, 2008 filed in NewsThe Colts and defensive end Josh Thomas have come to terms on a one-year deal according to the Indy Star. The paper is reporting that his role on the D-line will likely be what it was, meaning that he will be the third end behind both Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis. Thomas was an unrestricted free agent, but as the Colts like to do, they signed one of their own instead of going out and having to grab a guy off the market or developing a player through the draft. Thomas has been in 52 games in his career, with 137 tackles and six sacks.

whats up with this stupid signing of soft thomas.he’s weak slow and cant catch a cold, why on earth would the colts sign a slow ball like thomas, he’s slower than father time at midnight, he’s weaker than tin foil, and they should not have sign him back, they should have just signed someone more meaningful or just wait tell the draft.again BIG MISTAKE BIG MISTAKE

I hate to be the one that speaks out on this issue, or should I say speaking out about this player, why on Earth did the colts re-sign worthless thomas he’s not nearly strong enough to presure QB’s why did they resign him, he is not the guy to be on the colts defensive line, he has slow reflectes and plus he lets running backs push him around, it was clearly seen in the san diego game this pass january, please reconsider and release him.
