Colts Release Veteran RB Davenport

Scout.com has confirmed that the Colts have released veteran running back Najeh Davenport. The seven-year pro came to the team back on December 10th after being released by the Pittsburgh Steelers on December 1st. The Colts have five running backs currently under contract. Eight-year veteran, Dominic Rhodes, remains unsigned.
