Colts Part Ways with MLB Buster Davis
Posted by Matt Loede on March 31st, 2009 in News
In a move that comes as somewhat of a shock, the Colts have parted ways with middle linebacker Buster Davis. Scout.com reports that the move came on Monday, a move that comes less than a month after Davis was re-signed by the club.
Davis started last season when starting middle linebacker Gary Brackett was hurt toward the end of the season with injuries. Davis had 24 tackles in three starts out of six games last season. A former Arizona Cardinals third-round draft pick from Florida State, Davis is 5?9,” and 239 pounds. He also has been with the Lions.
