Colts Get Monkey Off Their Back: Beat Ravens 20-3

I said it right here first: The Colts will win this game. And they got it done, taking it hard to the Ravens, 20-3. It was a great game. Loved it! It was a great game. The game could’ve been a lot closer, though.

Ed Reed had two key interceptions that later ended up in the Colts’ hands. The first one was fumbled when Pierre Garcon made a sneaky move to strip the ball out of his hands. The second pick was then later defensive pass interference. Ray Rice also could’ve helped the Ravens get a touchdown, but Raheem Brock popped the ball out of his hands for a fumble. Then there was an Antoine Bethea interception. Then after that, the Ravens struggled, when it was turnovers or if it was dropped passes.

The game was over after the second quarter started. The Ravens came out in the game strong in the passing, but weak in running, which you don’t see from this team. I expected the Ravens to run all over this Colts’ D, but they stopped Ray Rice to only 67 yards.

Manning had a good game, throwing for 246 yards with two touchdowns and one pick. Joe Flacco, meanwhile, had 189 yards with zero touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Colts will host either the Jets or the Chargers next week at Lucas Oil Stadium for the AFC Championship game. Looks to be a fun one and everyone is looking forward to it. Great win by the Colts.

They finally get the monkey off their back. Now people can stop bashing them about resting their players, not doing good as a No. 1 or 2 seed, or winning in the playoffs.

The last time the Colts got a playoff win was the Super Bowl a few years back. This year, a Super Bowl could be their last game.

It sure looks like it.
