Manning Says He Had No Problem Traveling Early To Miami

Last week, Colts president Bill Polian expressed his displeasure with NFL requirements that forced seven Colts players to travel to Miami early to make an appearance at the Pro Bowl. On Monday, Colts quarterback Peyton Manning said he didn’t have a problem with it. “I got to fly on a private plane with some of my best friends and teammates, we had Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the flight, got a private escort right into Miami, shook a few hands, did one interview and made $45,000, I can think of worse things to put yourself through.” Manning said at a press conference at the team’s hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

Will Anthony Gonzo play if Reggie is out of commission on the Big Game? We need to have that perfect mix of receiver weapons to keep that Saints Defense honest. Yes Peyton should be the highest paid QB he will take the Colts to at least two more big shows before he retires!
