Garcon, Session Out

According to the Associated Press, Indianapolis Colts’ wide receiver Pierre Garcon and outside linebacker Clint Session will be ruled out for today’s game against the Denver Broncos in Denver.

According to the report, both players were suffering from hamstrings.

Garcon and Session will be added to the list of other players that are ruled out for today’s game, which will take place at 4:15. This list includes wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez, linebacker and special teams leader Ramon Humber, and strong safety Bob Sanders.

Gonzalez has been dealing with an ankle injury, and was out in last week’s game versus the New York Giants. Humber and Sanders were, too. Rookie out of Clemson, Kavell Conner, had to fill in for Session at outside linebacker in the Giants game. He played well. He will most likely fill in today as well.

Humber has been dealing with a knee injury while Sanders has been dealing with his biceps after a painful injury versus the Houston Texans in Week One.

Garcon currently has four receptions for 54 yards this season. He will be a big loss to the Colts’ receiving core, especially with Gonzalez also out. Indy will most likely have to go with a two-receiver, two tight-end set featuring Reggie Wayne, Brody Eldridge, Dallas Clark, and Austin Collie.

Also expect Indy to run the ball a lot more.

Hopefully all these guys can recover soon and get ready for next week’s game.
