The Colts have already started talking about this week at Jacksonville, and have put out there who may or may not play against the Jags.
Going above and beyond the league’s usual procedures, the Colts have developed a new habit of publicly announcing on Tuesdays the players who’ll be out for the coming weekend’s game at Jacksonville.
Tonight, the Colts announced that receiver Anthony Gonzalez “continues rehabilitating” his ankle, and he will be out again this week. The Colts also announced that safety Bob Sanders will be out, too. Linebacker Kavell Conner has undergone surgery to repair a fractured foot. He’ll also miss the game. The Colts also cut quarterback Tom Brandstater from the practice squad.
