Caldwell Done if Colts Don’t Win a Game in Final Three Weeks

With three weeks to go in a winless season, the fate of Colts coach Jim Caldwell hangs in the balance.

When Colts vice chairman Bill Polian offered up a lukewarm, and somewhat convoluted, endorsement of Caldwell on Tuesday, it really was a veiled look at the truth. The Colts need to win one of their last three games for Caldwell to keep his job.

Sources close to the situation have told Jason La Canfora of NFL Network that, unequivocally, an 0-16 finish by the Colts will cost Caldwell his job.
