The Colts have made an offer to wide receiver Pierre Garcon, but the soon to be free agent has turned it down.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported today that Garcon, who had 70 grabs last season rejected a five-year contract offer from the Colts.
Garcon will apparently test the free agent waters, coming off a season in which he had six touchdown grabs for a team that won two games, and 947 yards. The career high in receptions and receiving yards is even more impressive given that the Colts played all season without Peyton Manning.
