Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett says he is feeling “significantly better than he did” but is unsure if he will practice this week according to George Bremer of the Herald Bulletin.
Brissett is taking things day-to-day with his MCL sprain but neither he nor the Colts seem to be in panic mode about his status.
We will know more when teams issue their official injury reports on Wednesday.
As a run-oriented team with a stout defense, the Colts know that they can likely beat the lowly Miami Dolphins without Brissett but he is not going to be ruled out this early in the week.
Veteran Brian Hoyer, who threw three touchdowns in relief after Brissett went down last Sunday, will likely start in Week 10.
