Colts WR T.Y. Hilton and Kicker Adam Vinatieri Ruled Out for Sunday

The Colts are two days away from taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a key game as they look to stay in the AFC playoff race, and they will have to do it without two key offensive players.

Wide receiver T.Y. Hilton and veteran kicker Adam Vinatieri have both been ruled out for the game against the Bucs.

Mike Chappell of Fox59.com reports that Vinatieri is out for Sunday with a left knee injury, but that putting the 46-year-old on the injured reserve is not being considered at this point.

As for the 30-year-old Hilton, he’s appeared in seven games this season with 35 catches for 378 yards and five scores.

He will miss the game with a calf injury, one that reports say may just cut the rest of the his season short if it lingers.

Another player ruled out against Tampa is cornerback Kenny Moore, but the team did get some good news, as running back Marlon Mack and wide receiver Parris Campbell are both expected back for Sunday.

Chase McLaughlin will be the kicker Sunday for the Colts, he is 13-of-17 on field goals and 15-of-15 on extra points in 2019 stints with the Chargers and 49ers.
