As a Steelers fan I have to apologize in advance to Colts fans for the mistake your front office made by hiring Bruce Arians as their new Offensive Coordinator, you'll understand why about three games into the 2012 season.

With all of the tumult going on in Indianapolis between Jim Irsay and Peyton Manning, and since Ben Roethlisberger is so upset about the departure of Bruce Arians, I make a motion that the Steelers trade him and their first round pick in the 2012 NFL Entry Draft to Indianapolis for Peyton Manning and the Colts 2012 first round pick.

Who is with me? Can I get a second? All in favor say aye.

One part of me thinks that this would be a good hire. Can't argue with his record at the college level. However, that's just the college level. who knows how he'll do as an NFL coach. I do like his defensive mindset though, so I wonder if he could end up as defensive coordinator or something like that.

I like some of the other names on the interview list as well. Can't argue with the success of the Saints' offense under Carmichael either.

But Tressel would look good on the Colts sideline in a blue sweater vest, no?

How come Gruden's not on the radar? Didn't he say the only way he'd come out of the pressbox was to coach Manning?
